In 2021, Orient Marine relocated its headquarters to Tokiwabashi Tower in Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku.

A group-address seating system is adopted. While seating zones are broadly organized by division, employees are free to choose seats beyond those boundaries. By moving seamlessly between the main office area and alternative seating options, employees can easily adapt their environment to suit their tasks, driving higher productivity.
Pantry
Beverage facilities—including tea dispensers, ice machines, coffee brewers, and juice options—are provided, alongside Office Glico, refrigerators, and microwave ovens. With waste stations conveniently located nearby, this refreshment corner doubles as a relaxed space for casual conversations while waiting for coffee.
Meeting Area
An entrance featuring the company logo and a prominent vessel model welcomes visitors, instantly showcasing the identity and appeal of Orient Marine. A total of seven meeting rooms of various sizes are available to accommodate different collaborative needs.
Standing Table Area / Pantry
A casual space perfect for refreshing between tasks or engaging in spontaneous communication with colleagues. Internal corporate updates are also highlighted here to promote cross-departmental collaboration and unlock new creative synergies.
Open Meeting Area
An open, inviting space where quick touch-base meetings can be held effortlessly. No prior reservation is required, enabling agile discussions and speedy decision-making.

Web Meeting Booths
