Our Commitment to Compliance
Integrity & Compliance
At Orient Marine, compliance is one of the core foundations of our management.
To enable every employee to carry out their work with integrity, we have established the following frameworks and initiatives.
- Code of Conduct for Officers and Employees
- Whistleblowing system (internal and external reporting channels)
- Distribution of the Compliance Handbook
- Establishment of the Compliance Committee
- Annual compliance awareness survey
- Annual compliance e-learning program

From April 1, 2026, we have introduced the health consultation service “Minna no Katei no Igaku” (Family Health Care for All) to promote employee health and support self-care. Through this service, in addition to providing science-based medical and health information, employees can consult about concerns regarding both their mental and physical well-being and receive telephone consultations from professionals including nurses, registered dietitians, care managers, and clinical psychologists.
